Since its establishment, Chuanglong Industrial (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. has actively responded to national policies and vigorously developed circular economy. According to the requirements of Shenzhen Environmental Protection Bureau, the production wastewater is treated according to the production requirements and then used for production.

In 2002, the wastewater treatment system was completed, the treatment capacity reached 250 tons/day, and the sewage discharge was 175 tons/day. In 2010, it was upgraded and renovated, and a series of advanced treatment technologies such as biochemical treatment system, high-efficiency sedimentation tank equipment, and reuse water treatment system were newly added, making the wastewater treatment work stable and up to standard for a long time.

In 2003, the waste gas treatment system was built, and 11 sets of waste gas purification treatment towers were jointly built, all of which met the requirements of waste gas emission.

A water reuse treatment system was added in 2007.

In 2011, the wastewater treatment system was upgraded, and the wastewater treatment operation was sustainable and stable, and the new treatment method of "ammonia nitrogen" discharge reached the standard.

In 2012, the waste gas treatment PLC central control system and automatic dosing system were added, the waste gas treatment ran sustainably and stably, and the new treatment method of "total phosphorus" emission reached the standard.

In 2013, a new treatment process of "Table 3" (A class of pollutants) was added.

2014 two-stage REDOX reaction new treatment process construction;

In 2015, the construction of a new treatment process of three-stage lye spray + activated carbon +UV photolysis waste gas;

2016 Fenton reaction + double stage precipitation + resin adsorption new process construction;

The new emission factor treatment technology required by the new emission permit in 2017;
